At Integrity Urgent care, we receive a lot of questions about our services, how we conduct business, and what general procedures we follow. It is our utmost priority to give our patients the highest quality care possible. We hope that the section below can help answer questions that you may have that we frequently hear.

 

Co-pays vary by each insurance plan but they frequently are listed on the front of your insurance card. Our team would be happy to answer any questions you have about your insurance at the clinic.

We are required to verify your ID so please bring a valid photo ID when you come in for your visit.
We have a competitive self-pay option available for patients who do not have insurance.
We bill as an urgent care which is typically 1/10th the price of an ER. Learn more about the difference between Urgent Care and Emergency Rooms.
 
You never need an appointment to be seen but we do have an online check-in option to save you time when you come in.
 
Wait times can vary depending on our patient load but we place a high importance on getting you seen quickly so you can get back on your feet.
 
We offer x-ray in our facility and have the capability to order CT, MRI, and ultrasound imaging out patient.
 
We offer tetanus and influenza vaccines at every location.
 
We take most major insurances including Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Cigna, United Healthcare, Medicare, TriWest and TRICARE. If you have a specific insurance that isn’t listed, please feel free to give our office a call.
